Previously, he also served as the head of reinsurance at ECB, Sigorta AS in Dubai, where he supervises revenue growth, reports, and document preparation and solves challenges related to technology, teams, and business processes. Other roles Mr. Tolley held in Dubai include manager/head of MENA region for Aon Facultative Benfield Reinsurance, where he generated new business development opportunities through extensive travel across the entire Middle East and North Africa region. He also supervised and mentored junior team members to help them boost their overall productivity.
